R. came in for his 3 month baby plan session a few weeks back. We did some family portraits for Christmas cards as well!
The A. family came by the studio several weeks ago, for newborn pictures, and for family pictures.
One of my most favorite picture styles is parents with their babies. I love to capture the feelings of holding a precious little life. I will never get tired of doing these kinds of pictures!
So I was glad to get the chance to do this little guy’s pictures with mom, and then in daddy’s hands.
C. is a friend of mine (her son is in my daughter’s class) and she contacted me a while back about doing a session with me instead of school pictures. Of course, I was happy to encourage her to do that!
She dressed them all in black and jeans for their family pictures- which I love! Dark solids are great for bigger groups! We allow as many poses and outfit changes as you want during a session, and I was glad that C. came with a plan, and did lots of different things! It was a fun session!
This time of year, our little studio gets very, very busy! We do a lot of family sessions for Christmas cards, and gifts etc.
The G. Family came for a studio session several Saturdays ago. Their little guy was sweet! I love how all their pictures came out!
Recently, they let me know how many compliments they have gotten on their Christmas cards we did for them. That’s what we like to hear! :)
I am glad I got to help you make Christmas memories this year!
A few weeks back, three of the cutest little guys stopped by the studio for their 2 year pictures! They all came walking in holding hands- which was a first to see them out of their stroller when they arrive. They were all smiles and no tears at all this time- another first!
K. brought them by herself, so I recruited my husband, Phil to help keep them in the general right area. They enjoyed taking off running all over the studio. But they were pretty good, and I love the pictures from this session. I always look forward to working with these little guys!
Last Friday, Kara and I met Calley and Michael out at Legion Park for an engagement session. We had already rescheduled once due to weather, so I was really hoping it would be nice. It was cold out, but we had lovely evening sun to work with. Beautiful light and a beautiful couple- hard to go wrong with that!
Congratulations on your engagement, Calley and Michael! I wish you all the best!
